Smart Home Wire Harnesses for Wireless Comfort
Along with our extensive experience in wire harness manufacturing, Netcon Enterprises is proud to also provide contract electronic manufacturing service capabilities for smart homes.
Netcon Enterprises provides design, layout, engineering, and manufacturing of electronic controls, integrates them into assemblies (box build), and provides additional value-added services such as kitting, packaging and direct delivery to your business. We live in a day and age where wireless connectivity has become the norm. When you walk into a dark house, you can ask your smart home to turn on the lights and the wireless connection will activate a lamp. When you get into your car, your phone automatically connects to the vehicle. More and more in our wireless culture, we are plugging in less and less. It's become easy to forget that at the heart of most electronic devices are multiple interconnects that must be precisely built to perform the function expected of them. At Netcon Enterprises, we understand the need for precision electronic interconnectivity.

Our Process For Electronic Assembly
Step 1: Contact Us To Get Started
The first step is to contact our team via phone or contact form. Next, your designated electronic assembly representative will reach out to set up an initial consultation.
At this point in the process, you'll be asked to provide your contact name, company name, email address, and phone number.
Once you let us know which products, services, or parts you're interested in, our sales department will provide you with a free quote for your job.
Step 2: Get A Free Estimate & Financing Options
Your representative will meet with you a second time to go over your financing options. You'll also sign the paperwork, choose product color, and finalize a production date. Our electronics assembly department makes it a priority to order all materials so there are no production delays as well.
Step 3: We Conduct an Analysis & Supply Electronic Assembly for Your Business
Our crew will be in touch with you for the technical details such as BOM (Bill of Materials) and critical files. Here is an example of what we will need for a PCB assembly:
Minimum BOM Information:
• Supplier and Part Number
• Reference Designator
• Description
• Package Type (footprint)
The Microsoft Excel format (.xls, .xlsx, .csv, or tab-delimited) is required for the Bill of Materials (BOM).
Minimum Files (Gerber RS-274X format):
• Silkscreen
• Copper (trace layers)
• Solder paste layers
Preferably, as if you were sending them in for fabrication, you should send us all Gerber files generated by your CAD program.
As soon as we have the essential information provided to us, we get started on manufacturing your electronic products.
Step 4: Final Certified Inspection & Guarantee
After the design prototype is approved, your order will be completed. Following this step, we ensure the quality of your electronic products with a final inspection by our certified electronic engineers. Finally, you and your representative will perform a final walk-through to your satisfaction.
Step 5: Product Completion & Delivery Options
Upon completion and final approval, your products will be shipped to the electronics facility of your choice. If your business is based out of Michigan, you also have the option to pick up your order from our facility.
